MEET THE AUTHORS IN 60 SECONDS

What's up everybody? My name is Harry Range and I am the co-founder of Unreliable Reliable Club. I was born in Virginia, but I have lived in California, Pittsburgh, Ottawa and now Kingston. So yes, I've been around, but I must admit that living in the US and Canada has shaped who I am. Today, I am a current third year student at the Smith School of Business, while a member of the Queen's Men's Basketball Team. In my free time I love to listen to music, watch Netflix and eat burgers. For me, Unreliable Reliable Club was initially to offer university students funny and relatable content. I thought, "What is something that I would want to click on if I stumbled across it?". The satisfaction of making people laugh and bringing joy to them is the biggest motivator for myself and I approach every post with that attitude. That being said, I try to look at every situation as positively as I can, and with that, I result to humour. Scrolling through my feeds to find funny content always make me smile, so I hope Unreliable Reliable Club can do the same for you too! Take care.

Hi everyone! My name is Nicola and I am the cooler co-founder of Unreliable Reliable Club ;). I grew up in North Vancouver, BC at the bottom of Mount Seymour. For some reason, I thought that going to school where the temperature is consistently below zero would be a good idea… regardless, the Queen’s community and all the people I have met here outweigh -30 degree temperature with windchill any day. Currently I am a third year student at the Smith School of Business, and am excited to partake in exchange this January in Maastricht, Netherlands. Besides hitting the books or planning upcoming travels, I am also a member of the Queen’s Women’s Volleyball team. I love to listen to new music (especially Vance Joy), and play beach volleyball! I am also a firm believer in never taking anything too seriously and finding positivity in every aspect in life. Creating Unreliable Reliable Club was an outlet where others could have a good laugh and be reminded that nothing is ever too serious. I hope you enjoy!
